Our absolute minimum is two weeks prior to your event date. With that in mind, in order to give our Clients the best possible experience, we limit the number of parties we take on, so the sooner you can book, the better, in order to guarantee our availability.
Our mattresses measure 39" wide x 75" long - think of it like a twin mattress. Add on props and decor, and we'll need a little wiggle room. We ask for a MINIMUM of 4' wide x 8' long PER TENT.
No. We will only move what we supply. Once we agree on our delivery time, we would ask that the space is cleared of any furniture prior to our arrival, so that once we get there we can unload and get straight to work.
Depending on the size of your party, set-up generally takes 1 - 2 hours. Breakdown generally takes 1 hour.
While our tents are really meant to be more of an inside thing, weather permitting, we would be happy to set them up outside. Additional cleaning fee may apply for outside set-ups.
All machine-washable fabrics are washed using a Free & Gentle detergent and Lysol 0% Bleach Laundry Sanitizer. Additional stain removers may be used as necessary. Fabrics that are not machine-washable are disinfected using Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray. All hard surfaces are cleaned with Lysol Multi-Purpose Cleaner and/or Clorox Disinfecting Wipes.
